Paper Flowers Giveaway!

It's time for my first giveaway!  Since we are moving at the end of the month, I decided it would be easier to give away these flowers than to pack them.  One lucky person will win a lovely bouquet of paper flowers as featured on last Friday's blog!  (Sorry, jar and extra decorations are not included.)  All you have to do is leave a comment and tell me what you would do with these paper flowers!  It's that simple!  The giveaway will end Sunday, July 15 at 11:59 pm CST.

  1. Can they be shipped to North Carolina?! I'd use them in my kitchen because we don't buy flowers that aren't picked locally. Lots of bad business and exploitation in the flower industry!

  2. I would put them in my 1/2 bathroom in the front of the house. It doesnt have a window or get any natural light and I have been looking for a little something to "spice" it up in lieu of real flowers and without looking like super cheesy cheap fake flowers.

  3. I would give them a Kindergarten teacher at my son's elementary school here in Magnolia. I think they would make a wonderful art display as well as inspire their young minds!

  6. Hmm...that is such a thought provoking question. I think I would re-create more of them and put them all around my house. I would also replace them with the wonderful aluminum foil ones that I have. My husband was being very creative and "thrifty" and made me some beautiful tulips out of aluminum foil! He would very much appreciate these...and even if I don't win I think I will make some :)

  7. I would give them to my daughter so she can decorate her new apartment with them. She bought a cute antique vase in New York this summer that the flowers would look so cute in. She has gotten a lot of decorating ideas from you, and plans to have that vintage look, and these flowers would complement that decor. Also, she would have them to remind her of you!! Thank you! 8. I would use your flowers in a family picture in which I think would to the vintage handmade touch that I am going for. Not only would they be in pictures for years to come but I would put them in my bathroom which needs to be redecorated and these flowers would be the direction in which I would love it to go.

  9. I would put them in a special place in my home then when you get your new home I would show up on your door step, ring the door bell, you would come answer the door and I will be there holding the flowers saying "SURPRISE". :)Dana N.

    1. "What a sad bouquet of flowers. I know! I'll put a bird on it! Did you see these flowers before? I didn't. Now there's a bird on it! It's flying. It's free."

  11. Julie>>>

You know what I would do? I would use them as fresh inspiration and decor in my home during the long Alaskan winters. I just might put them on the buffet my sweet thrift shop granny gave to me.

p.s. Do you ship to Alaska?

    I love you!

  15. If you ship them to China, I would help our living room feel like a living room instead of a hospital room. :)
